Greg Stephens,
President Mr. Stephens joined EDC Biosystems with over 30 years experience managing accounting and financial organizations within the high-technology community. His past experience includes CFO for Exclusive Design Company and Controller of Consolidated Publications, Inc, the largest privately held commercial printer in the Silicon Valley. Mr. Stephens played a vital role in Xidex/Dysan's growth for the Micrographics/Flexible Media Group, managing the company's annual revenue from $20 million to over $500 million. Prior to Dysan, he worked for four years at American Microsystems, a custom semiconductor chip manufacturer, and three years at MBC Engineering, where he held various accounting positions. Mr. Stephens has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Jose State University (San Jose, California).
