Mr. Barber has been an integral part of EDC Biosystems' Board since its beginning. Previously, he joined Exclusive Design Company in 1993 and served as its President & CEO as well as residing on its Board of Directors. Mr. Barber was a co-founder of Dysan Corporation and served as Director and Executive Vice President. Prior to Dysan, he held positions at Honeywell, IBM and Memorex. Mr. Barber was educated at Loughborough University, England where he received a Bachelor of Technology degree in Manufacturing, Engineering and Industrial Management with Honors. He is a Chartered Engineering Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineering (UK).
