Phillip A. Boyce

Mr. Boyce has over 35 years of banking and financial experience. He was the founder, Chairman, and CEO of Pacific Western Bancshares. Currently, Mr. Boyce holds other positions, such as Chairman of Sandhill Capital (Menlo Park, CA), Director of Community Hospital Governing Board, Director, Exclusive Design Company, Chairman of ARCOM Electronics, Director of Valley Community Bank, Principal in DiCarolis Marketing. Mr. Boyce is actively involved with his community, serving as Chairman of the President's Advisory Board for San Jose State University (San Jose, CA), Chairman of the Santa Clara Valley Parks Foundation, Chairman of the Valley Foundation, Director of the Montalvo Association for the Arts, Director of the Children's Shelter, Director of COMPAC of Silicon Valley and is a Financial Advisor to the Community Foundation and Spartan Foundation.
