Mr. Jones has over 28 years experience providing customers with hands-on expertise in the installation of factory automation and steady-state process equipment. For the past 23 years, Mr. Jones has been a key member of the EDC Biosystems/Exclusive Design Company team holding leadership positions in design, final test, technical support and field service. His extensive knowledge of customer requirements has made him instrumental in the product marketing and applications of the Company's products and services. He has established customer-training programs in the United States, Europe and Far East Asia for the maintenance, repair and operation of the Company's entire product offerings. Prior to joining the team, Mr. Jones held technical and service related positions with Dysan, Carco Electronics, and Engineering Systems Design (ESD).
