Roger O. Williams,
CEO & Chairman of the Board Mr. Williams has over 40 years experience leading high-technology teams in industries ranging from biotechnology, semiconductor capital equipment and information storage devices. Prior to EDC Biosystems, Mr. Williams served as the Vice President of Engineering for Exclusive Design Company. He has also held executive positions at Insite Peripherals and Dysan Corporation. His accomplishments include 23 United States, 22 European, 5 Australian, 4 Japanese, and 6 World Intellectual Property Organization patents. Several more of his inventions are pending. Mr. Williams was educated at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
